Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TVBX Pro. Below you’ll find important information about how we process and ship orders.
1. Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully authorized.
Orders are not shipped until payment confirmation is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship using trusted carriers:
- USPS
- UPS
Estimated delivery time (after shipment):
USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
Please note:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
- Shipping times begin once the package leaves our warehouse.
- Carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Item size and weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
- Current carrier rates
Shipping rates may vary due to:
- Fuel surcharges
- Carrier pricing updates
- Seasonal adjustments
Orders placed at different times may have different shipping costs, even for identical items.
4. Free Shipping
Free shipping may be available on select products.
If applicable, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships:
- A tracking number will be provided via email
- Tracking updates are managed directly by the shipping carrier
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Undeliverable or Delayed Shipments
TVBX Pro is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Weather conditions or natural events
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
Additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
7. Shipping & Refund Policy Relationship
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Shipping fees may be refunded only if a return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including:
- 7-day return request window
- No returns on opened products without defects
- No refunds on sale items
All approved returns must follow the official return authorization process outlined in our Refund Policy.
